Blue Stone (HK) Trading Limited was established by a Chinese and a Colombian in the year 2006. The original purpose of our co***ny was just to be the purchasing office for one co***ny in Colombia. We started with 4 persons in a small office and just handled Jewelry accessories.
Gradually, more and more clients came and asked for our service when they heard our story. We began to be their purchase agency and learned how to handle the business in different articles, such as Fashion Jewelry, Toy, Chris***s Light, Shoes, Watch, Glasses, Cosmetic and Daily items etc.. Our team grew up to be more than 40 persons, working in three locations to cover Chinese major markets. Our service also extended, including Supplier Investigation, Sourcing, Order Control, Logistics, Storage, Custom Cleaning and Specific Project Follow-Up.
However, some problems occurred due to our lack of experience on some items. We received complaints from some clients and they claimed for the loss because of the quality problem. It was really a gray time for us! We had to stop our steps to think about what we can do and what the client need.
Our answer was to build a team that Professional (Know-How), Responsible (Positive Working Attitude) and Honest (Face Any Problems)! Besides that, we improved the communication with the clients. We used the latest software to keep the clients to be posted on the business processing ***ails. We became to be their eyes in China and later we participated in their business and shared with them our ideas as well. At the same time, the whole team learned how to focus on the specification of the goods. We tried to introduce the AQL system for the clients in the orders so that we can understand and follow their Q/C level.
It was proved to be a right answer! During these years, we gained the trust and support from the clients and the suppliers. We have been successfully built the bridge between them!
